Screen Green

Greetings from Dell.

In regards to the problem you are facing with your dell computer. You can try a few troubleshooting steps.

The primary suspects for this issue would be the monitor, motherboard, graphics card ( if any)

1>    Firstly I would request you to check if you see the screen turning green in the BIOS screen of your computer ( you would need to strike F2 when you see the Dell logo when you turn the computer on to enter the BIOS screen )

1. If the screen still turns green, then the software part would be ruled out. You can try to connect the monitor to a laptop or any other desktop computer. If the monitor still turns green, then the issue is with the monitor
2. If the monitor doesn’t turn green on a different computer (laptop or deskop). The problem is with the motherboard of the computer or if you have a dedicated graphics card – could be the video card on the computer.

2>    If the monitor doesn’t turn green in the BIOS screen, then since you also informed that you reinstalled the windows, could be an issue with the video drivers – Please visit support.dell.com and update the correct video drivers and that should resolve the issue.
