Cannot Connect To 192.168.1.240

hi there, i am trying to connect to the set-up page (192.168.1.240) for my linksys WRE54G wireless expander

I don't know but have a related question:Has there ever been an authenticated recorded case of anyone gaining conectivity with the Linksys WRE54G setup wizzard and if so what was his name and did he leave the secret of his doubtless longevity?
