The Scanner Is Not Working On My Lexmark Xs463de Multifunction Printer.
The scanner is not working on my LEXMARK xs463de multifunction printer. How can I troubleshoot?

I recommend that you reinstall the driver software of your Lexmark Xs463de printer. The printer needs the driver to communicate to your computer properly. Here's the link to the download page of the driver software.
