Greetings - Reset waste toner full is said to be massage you get when the printer has reached 30000 pages print. This waste toner is said to be one of the printers consumables and has to be replaced with a newly purchased one when this message appears. It could be a problem with the waste toner cartridge/sensor/lower printer engine card assembly. It would be best if you can contact our technical support team via phone so they can do some diagnostics.
