X5470 Not Working
why will my x5470 all in one not working on windows 7 worked well on vistas

If you're using Windows 7 on your computer, you can download the Windows Vista driver on our website. The printer should continue to work appropriately. However, the scanning function from your computer will not function through our software. In some environments, the Microsoft Scanner Wizard may work with basic functionality.

Your printer doesn't have a windows 7 driver but you can use the vista driver available on our website.
The printer should continue to work appropriately. However, the scanning function from your computer will not function through our software. In some environments, the Microsoft Scanner Wizard may work with basic functionality.
If the scanning function is not critical to you, the Vista driver may provide everything you need. If not, you may want to consider upgrading your printer.
