Error Message
I have an error message 31.05 missing or defective cart. I am not sure what it means, could you please help?

This error may be caused by a defective toner, pc kit or the contact pins.
If this is a newly installed toner or pc kit,please try to check the pins inside the printer (5), try to clean and check the alignment.
Also, check if the pins are bent, if so, please try to straightened the pins.
