I Have Error 200.13 Paper Jam On Printer But No Paper Jam. How Can I Reset It

Error 200.13 means that the input sensor was covered (activated) during POST. Try to:
• Clear the media or debris from the MFP.
• Run the base sensor test (input sensor) from the diagnostic tests
menu to test the input sensor and flag for correct operation.
