Why Won't Full Cartridge Of Cyan Print?
Ink tank report shows full cyan. Printhead alignment prints: no cyan. Deep Clean prints: no cyan. Manual clean and then Printhead clean process: no cyan

Hi, if your cartridges have any tape on them when they are new, be sure to remove that tape before inserting the cartridge. If you are using remanufactured or compatible ink cartridges, they often have a higher fail rate than "genuine" ink cartridges.

Hello globalinitiativ,
As you have already tried cleaning the printer through the settings menu, your next step would likely be to perform a manual cleaning on the Nozzles and contacts.
The instructions on how to correctly clean your device can be viewed at the following Lexmark Support Website:

This should clean out any dried out ink which may be blocking the ink from coming out as it should.
