My Lexmark Pro715 Will Not Print Color And I Haveinstalled All Updates On My Mac

Hello 3henderson,

The ink nozzles may have dried out prior to changing the ink cartridge. You can clean these nozzles manually by following the steps provided at the Lexmark Support Website located here

The link includes other options if the cleaning does not resolve your issue
