My Pinnacle 901 Stopped Printing Black, Cartridge Is Original And New.

tried two new orginal cartridges still not working do I need to replace print head ?

Try updating the firmware of your printer. Just go to http://bit.ly/ghfW8H to download the firmware update.

Also, perform a maintenance on the cartridge. To do that, on the control panel of your printer, press on the Ink Levels > More Options > Deep Clean Printhead.
