I Bought A 40x1300 Fuser Unit For My Lexmark E240, Why Won't It Fit In Properly?
I even contacted Lexmark and they say it is the right unit and should work. When i place it side by side with the old unit the plastic top part of the fuser is higher/flared on one side of the newer unit. It does not fit in the printer properly. I don't understand, did i get the wrong unit?
