Does Not Print Cyan Color On Any Documents
We replaced all ink cartriges in all colors, but still do not see cyan color on any of our documents. Is there a troubleshooting for it?

If you have a new cyan ink cartridge and it still won't print, you can try removing and cleaning the print head. Instructions for doing this can be found on page 22 of the quick reference guide.
