I personally believe that the main reason why your Lenovo G580 laptop restarts after 1 hour is overheating. This usually happens when the CPU/Processor of your computer does not accommodate the heat. Remember that the CPU has an emergency shutdown feature to prevent from burning. The best solution for this is work in a well ventilated area, place your laptop in a hard surface and get some rest every couple of hours.
