Unable To Tethered With Lg-p925

i want to use my phone to tethered hotsport but each it display "authentication was unsuccessful" there is a temporary network problem that prevent the enablement of themobile hotspot function. please retry later.

You're getting that error because you need to pay an extra monthly fee to get Hotspot functionality from your wireless provider.
