Greetings. There is a replacement LCD screen here you can purchase and use. The only fear would be if the LCD was not the only part that suffered upon the fall.

obviously, it is broken, but to what extent? if the phone will not make any sounds it probably is broken internally. a few black dots is probably some nicks on the sensory board. take it to a perfessional to check the system and parts
