Hi Gingerpeaches829! My name is Alex and I work with TracFone Wireless. To disable this feature, please go to Settings > Accessibility > Menu Readout or Dial Readout. When Menu Readout is activated, your selected Menus will be read out loud. Same thing with Dial Readout is activated, the number you dial will be read out load.
