When I Connect My Lgl 34c To My Desktop My Comp Doesn't Recognize It, Why?

When I connect my LGL 34c to my desktop my comp doesn't recognize it, why?

According to an LG L34C user, The LG Mobile Support Tool or LG PC Suite or LG Bridge does not Support LG L34C smartphone.
