Forgot Lock Code On My Old Lg Ax500

Hi! I recently found an old LG flip phone of mine, it's an LG AX500 (Blue) & whenever I plugged it into the charger it came right on. However it has a 4 digit lock code on it that I have no idea what it was or what it could've been. I looked online and found where I could press *22899, let it reprogram my phone and then my lock code should now be the last 4 digits of my phone number. Again, however, it's been so long ago since I used this phone that I don't have a clue what phone number it even was. I typed in the last 4 digits of a few old numbers that I had and thought that it may be with no luck at all. Is there anything else that I can do to get in my old phone?
