How To Turn Off Audio Description

my tv just started with the audio description and I have no idea on how to turn it off I see no visible option anywhere in the menu. What can I do to switch back to where it wasn't on in the first place.

Basically to disable it just press the MENU button on the remote.

Then use the arrow keys to select the AUDIO option.
Then select the AUDIO DESCRIPTION option.
Then use the up / down arrows to toggle the setting to OFF.
Then just exit the MENU.
