Taskalfa 500ci Keeps Asking For Yellow Toner, I Replcace The Toner Twice.

This might seem stupid but we had the same problem here also. It turned out to be (after countless engineer visits) the used cartridge was place beside the copier and the chip in the old cardridge was still registered with the copier so it read the toner value from the old cartridge not the new one. Don't know if this helps but worth a shot
