Lifting Developer

The problem started when I removed the drum unit to fix an error. After I have put back the drum unit, on trying to print, I could see the background is very dirty. When I open into the system again, I could see developers deposited at the side of the drum, I tried to put back the developers but when I tried to print, the problem just keeps coming.I have no idea where the problem is. I have also attached a picture of the deposited developers just at the side of the drum.
