Empting The Waste Toner Box.
Once the waste toner box is empty what do I do with the waste toner?

The entire procedure is explained starting at https://www.manualslib.com/manual/444719/Konica-Minolta-Bizhub-C35.html?page=270#manual. Your concern is addressed at step 4 (on the next page). It's possible that an office supplies store like Staples will accept the waste toner for recycling.
