How To Purchase Rails And Cooling Duct For Kitchenaid Slim Microwave Kmbt5011kss
Need to order 2 'cooling ducts' and 2 'rails' for the KMBT5011KSS SLIM microwave. I don't know the part numbers or where they can be purchased.

I checked the parts link provided and still do not see the parts. The model number is also not recognized even though I used the model numbers in the KitchenAid manual.
