I'm Getting Error Messages

my washer keeps stopping mid cycle. error messages f 21 f5. water is not draining. not finishing cycles

The F21 error code indicates a "long drain" if water does not drain out during an 8 minute time period you will get the F21 error code in the display. Something like this is usually caused by a blocked pump filter. I recommend cleaning out the pump filter to see if this solves the problem. Remember to disconnect power
before attempting to remove the lower panel. Other possibilities; pressure switch, pressure switch hose or airdome. Go here for a pump change video just incase that has to be replaced.
