Jabra Tour No Longer Working With My Iphone

I've spoken with Jabra and Apple as well. I tried it on someone else Iphone and there's no problem. I'm completely updated on my firmware with Jabra n Iphone. I can only assume there's something I did with my Iphone Apple settings. It's worked in the past. The pairing show no problems but apparently I've done something wrong. Any assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated.thks
