I'd suggest resetting the Jabra Journey. First, remove the Journey from the list of paired devices in your iPhone's Bluetooth menu. Next, put the Journey into pairing mode by turning it on and then pressing the answer/end button until you hear it go into pairing mode. Next, hold the answer/end and volume down buttons until you hear it beep and see a flash of purple light. Once this is complete, turn the unit off and then on again and it will be in pairing mode. You'll need to pair it with your iPhone again but it should work fine after that.
