Earbuds Killing Me

I have a Jabra Extreme2 bluetooth, any of the earbuds I use that came with it are killing my ears after about 1 hour of use my ears are in horrible pain. Are ther any other earbuds to fit this unit that are for small eared people?

The only ear gels available for the Jabra Extreme2 are the ones that come with it. There should have been a few different styles to choose from to see which ones work best for you.
