Jabra Extreme2 Bluetooth Doesn't Charge

What causes my jabra extreme2 Bluetooth to just flash red light when charging? I've read an advice about pressing the power button for 20secs. But didn't work. Their might be other way. Thanks.

Hi. This sadly sounds much like a bad rechargeable battery due for replacement.
