How To Remove Jabra Easygo From Plastic Sticking In The Charging Socket
after opening the package there is a piece of plastic that enters the charging socket and i have been trying to get it out to free the headset but not successful. how can i free the headset?

Generally, that piece of plastic just pulls straight out of the charging socket. If you have any issues, you may need some needle-nose pliers to get any small plastic pieces out of the socket. We apologize for any inconvenience - this usually comes out fairly easily.
