1. Remove the EasyGo from the list of paired devices in your phone
2. Turn the EasyGo ON
3. Simultaneously hold the answer/end and volume down buttons until the lights flash 5 times
4. Turn the EasyGo ON again - verify that it's been reset - it should start up in pairing mode (Bluetooth status indicator light flashing constantly - without pauses)
5. Repeat the pairing procedure to link your phone and EasyGo again
