Jabra Easygo & Samsung Galaxy S3
During a call, (1 minute in) i can still hear them but they can't hear me. If I turn the Bluetooth off & back on after they can't hear me (in my call screen) it goes back to working. I have reset the Bluetooth and shut my phone down taken the battery out and restarted & paired the Bluetooth again but it hasn't worked. It used to work great (1 year old & not used very often) so I know phone and Bluetooth are compatible. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Generally speaking, removing and replacing the battery in your phone will resolve this. Since you've tried that, I wonder how you "reset the Bluetooth." If you're not following this procedure, try it:
1. Remove the EasyGo from the list of paired devices in your phone
2. Turn the EasyGo ON
3. Simultaneously hold the answer/end and volume down buttons until the lights flash 5 times
4. Turn the EasyGo ON again - verify that it's been reset - it should start up in pairing mode (Bluetooth status indicator light flashing constantly - without pauses)
5. Repeat the pairing procedure to link your phone and EasyGo again
