My JABRA EASYGO does not show as available to pair with my cell phone

Reset !!

It is possible to reset the headset . turn the headset On . then 'Press and hold' the volume down and answer/end buttons at the same time for approx . 5 seconds until the battery icon and Bluetooth® icon flash 5 times simultaneously - then the pairing list is reset .

How do I put my Jabra Bluetooth in pairing mode?

Android. Go to Settings and turn on Bluetooth. In Bluetooth click "Pair new device". When you see your Jabra headphones or headset come up in the list, tap it and it should be paired with your phone.

Follow these steps to reset: Turn on your Jabra EasyGo by setting the On/off switch to the "on" position. Simultaneously press and hold (5 seconds) the Volume down button and the Answer/end button until the battery indicator and Bluetooth indicator flash 5 times. Your Jabra EasyGo is now reset.
