Jabra Cruiser 2 How Do I Get Announce Name Of Caller

With the Jabra Cruiser2, you have to be sure that your contact information is loaded and up-to-date. To do this, simply press and hold the Mute button while connected to your phone. After a short time, it should announce, "Downloading phone book," and then, "Download complete." Once this is done, if the caller ID information precisely matches your contact list information, it will announce the name of the caller instead of just the number.
