How To Get Name Announced In Jabra Cruiser 2

In order for the Jabra Cruiser2 to announce the caller's name, the information must be stored in your "Contacts" exactly the same way it comes from Caller ID. You should also periodically update the contacts in your Cruiser2 by pressing and holding the Mute button until the voice indicates that it's updating your contacts.
