Why Is My Jabra Cruiser 2 Speaker Not Working

Your Jabra Cruiser2 could just need to be reset. Start by removing the Cruiser2 from the list of paired devices in your phone's Bluetooth menu. Reset the Cruiser2 by turning it ON, then press and hold the Volume up, FM and answer/end buttons until it goes into pairing mode. Verify that it's been reset by turning the Cruiser2 OFF and then ON again - it should start up in pairing mode. Once in this mode, you'll need to repeat the pairing procedure to link it with your phone again.
