In this case I'd recommend resetting both devices, if possible. First, remove the Jabra Cruiser from the list of paired devices from your phone. Reset the Cruiser - with the unit turned ON, press and hold the volume up, FM and answer/end buttons at the same time until you hear it go into pairing mode. Turn the Cruiser OFF.

To reset your phone, turn the phone OFF and remove its battery (if possible). Replace the battery and turn the phone back ON, then turn ON the Cruiser and repeat the pairing procedure. This should resove any of these types of Bluetooth communications errors.
