I Have Been Asked To Diagnose A 'drive Lockout' Condition On A Tdxsp. Any Idea?

I have been searching the operators manual and cannot locate the required information please assist. Thanks serial number 10DEC01154 TDXSP Drive lock out condition. thanks

Allows choice for DRIVE LOCKOUT to be enabled or disabled in individual drives OFF =614; ON To disable Drive Lockout on Conventional Single Actuator Systems not operating through driver control, Choose “OFF” in Ca librations menu, under DCI FUNCTION” Determines method for Driver Control Operation of Actuators OFF =614; 4-SWITCH LATCH. 4SW 4 SW-2 LVL 4SW L -2 LVL MOM.1SW LATCH.1SW CAPS =623; OFF Disables driver control operation of t he Powered Seating for that drive only =623; 4 SW 4 Directions of driver command oper ate 4 Actuator Selection Choices =623; LATCH 4 S W : Same as 4SW , but in Latche d mod e.
