Haven't Used It In A While.
Havent used this tablet in a while. Factory reset it so my grandson could use ABC mouse on it and the program just won't work. Ready to through it away. Any chance of saving it?

Have you checked the battery, it may probably need replacement. But to do a factory reset, do the following.
Press and hold the (power) and Vol - buttons, then release the buttons when the INSIGNIA logo and the "Please wait" prompt appear. Tap Troubleshoot, then tap Reset this PC. Tap Keep my files or Remove everything. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset.
