Can I Pair The Ns-l32q09-10a With An Android Smartphone?

Are you speaking to use an application like Netflix? If so, you would need to use a device such as the Google Chromecast - plug that into an HDMI port on your TV and then click on Netflix on your phone to view on your TV.

Otherwise, no the NS-L32Q09-10A is not pairable with your smartphone.
