My Ns-dpf7wa-09 Digital Pic Frame Displays A Few Pics And Then Turns Off

So I am using either the usb or internal memory and have tried everything listed in the manual. After 3 -10 picture displays the screen goes blank. I am in need of help I just setup this frame and it is brand new right out of the box. It was a gift.
