I'm Trying To Update My Insignia 43 Inch Tv, I Downloaded The Firmware Update Bu

I'm trying to update my insignia 43 inch tv, I downloaded the firmware update but I know how to install it. My tv doesn't behave internet capabilities, how so i do a manual installation
