Got A High Pitched Noise On A.m. Stations.

Just bought used 2007 Tucson on Aug. 11, 2012. Today there's a high pitched noise only on A.M. stations and only when the engine is running.  Anybody got any ideas? HELP. Other than that it's a great car, I hope.
