Humax Irci-5400z Plus The Censer Is Not Working

Dear Sir, I am Jude Rex Francis, from Ragama, Sri lanka, I have a Satellite Receiver,Product name, Humax IRCI-5400Z Plus, and the CENSER is not working, and very difficult to set the channels through the remote control, please be kind to tell me where can i by the CENSER or how can i get One to fixed in to my Receiver.
