Hauwei Ascend W1 Has A Sad Face

I tried to install an OS update and during reboot the screen showed a sad face and the update stopped. I suspec that the phone may have run out of memory but don't what to do now. Please don't say factory reset.

Greetings - You can try to hard reset it by following the instructions on the link below (PLEASE DO NOTE THAT THIS RESET WILL DELETE EVERYTHING ON THE DEVICE) -

You can retry upgrading your OS again after the the reset if still desired.
