My Huawei Ascend W1 Does Not Turn On
so its a pretty new phone and it just wont turn on....i mean it does but..then comes the sad face on the screen...and it just wont work. Please help me.

Greetings - The best option may be to hard reset (factory restore) your phone - the link below provides instructions on how this is to be done -
