Problem With Huawei G300 Camera

Hi, I've recently bought the Huawei G300, great phone until the camera started to act up, it won't let me view photos I've taken and goes blank, I can still take pics but can't view them. Hope you can give some suggestions? Or do I just bring it back to the store.

http://www.huaweidevice.com/worldwide/faq.do?method=getFaqInfo&questionId=7508This page lists very generic instructions, but it's worth giving a try. If they don't work, you can try resetting your device to factory settings. It would wipe out any settings you have saved, but it won't delete any data saved on your Micro SD card. Text messages, call records will be reset too(depends on phone models, but most if not all phones do reset them).You can find the relevant option under settings-> about phone or setting -> Security

If that doesn't work, try settings-> about phone and select upgrade phone, it would update to the recent software if available, and that might fix the problem.

If all the three fails, your phone just has a hardware problem. Sorry
