- Power off the device.
- Press and hold the F11 key on your keyboard while turning on the device.
- Release the F11 key when the Recovery Manager screen appears.
- Select "Troubleshoot" from the Recovery Manager screen.
- Select "Reset this PC" from the Troubleshoot screen.
- Choose either "Keep my files" or "Remove everything" depending on your preference.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset process.
Note: This process will erase all data on your device, so be sure to back up any important files before proceeding.
