Consultez les informations de dépannage sur le lien ci-joint HP. Les plateaux peuvent se coincer se il ya trop de papier ou l'imprimante a été mise hors tension en cours d'impression et la tête ne est pas à la position de repos. Il est difficile à diagnostiquer sans enquête visible car il pourrait être brisé physiquement.

Check out the troubleshooting info at the HP link attached. Trays can get stuck if there is too much paper or the printer has been powered off whilst printing and the head is not at the rest position. It is difficult to diagnose without visible investigation as it could be physically broken.
