Scanner Tries But Does Not Scan
I place the document on the glass. The scanner does the overview scan fine, but when I initiate the scan, it begins . . . and never completes the scan. I have left it scanning for over 3 hours, and the bar below shows it "Scanning". It never finishes. I am trying to scan the document into my computer, and selected destination, etc. I have turned the printer off and on. What else to do? Thank you.
