How To Setup Date & Time On Hp4620 (fax)?

Date and time should be correct on the printer as that is what reflects on the fax report. To change that, you would touch the Setup menu ( the wrench), then use the arrows to navigate to "Preferences" then select Date and Time then touchok. From there use the arrows to navigate to the portion of the date or time you want to change (the hour/minute), use the number key pad to enter the desired time.
