My Printer Is Printing 'blanks'. I Have Loaded A New Printer Cartridge.

There are generally two reason that HP printer cartridges won't print after they're installed. Either (1) they're not official cartridges manufactured by HP (possibly tampered cartridges when someone attempted to refill them), or (2) they're old cartridges. If they're refilled cartridges, purchase and install genuine HP cartridges. If they're old ones, return to place of purchase and explain the situation. Most retailers will exchange them with little to no problem (provide you show proof of purchase). There are other factors that can cause this issue, but these are the top two that are the most likely to occur. Good luck to you...
